Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

Once you have paid for your order, you have 1 hour to cancel. After 1 hour of placing your order, theres no way of us canceling it.

Everything on https://vanityvixenlash.com is non-refundable. If you have received the wrong item then please open a help ticket and we will work with you on returning the item in exchange for the correct one.

We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Shipping:

All orders take at least 1-2 days to process all order. Shipping time for all US orders varies by location. Usually around 3-5 business days. International shipping may take longer due to the weather and/or customs check. If an item is noted as "Preorder" then shipping time will take a few weeks to get to our inventory. If you purchase a "Preorder" item, we instantly assume that you are aware of how long our shipping takes. We do advise you to ask how long shipping takes for a "Preorder" BEFORE you confirm, in case the time is a issue to you and so you wont be inconvenienced. The days we ship out are always on Fridays or Mondays after we have order confirmation. To track your order, please send us a email or contacting us via Instagram. During the holidays (ie, November through January) all orders made between 11/01 to 1/05 will be delayed due to shipping will be slower. All orders made within that time frame will be shipped out on 1/10
